Hunchun (Jilin Province, China): With tensions rising at the PRC-DPRK [People's Republic of China-Democratic People's Republic of Korea] border after China suspended remittances to North Korea and tightened cargo inspections, Hunchun City in the Yanbian Korean Nationality Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province, is on high alert for North Korean escapees, setting up surveillance cameras, among other things.
