Zhuhai, 31 October: The plan for the export of Russian arms and military hardware abroad will be fulfilled or even overfulfilled, Aleksandr Denisov, first deputy director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, has said.

"The plan will of course be fulfilled, and I think it will even be overfulfilled," Denisov told Interfax at the international Air Show China 2006, where he heads the Russian delegation. [Passage omitted]
