Nanning, China: President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo yesterday told Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi that the Philippine government was willing to grant a Moro rebel demand on ancestral lands if it conformed to the constitution in a bid to revive deadlocked peace talks.
