Statesman News Service BHUBANESWAR, Oct. 26: It was a proud moment for 35 students of Utkal University, Biju Patnaik University of Technology and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology today as they received the scholarships from the Posco TJ Park Foundation, South Korea.
