An official of the country's chief economic planning agency sees economic growth hitting the higher end of projections in the fourth quarter, on the back of seasonally robust dollar inflows from overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and increased government spending with the recent enactment into law of a P46.4-billion supplemental budget.
