ANC-IFP ties 'in name only' now KwaZulu Natal Correspondent DURBAN Relations between the African National Congress (ANC) and Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) in KwaZulu-Natal worsened yesterday after the ruling party reduced its ties with its partner in the provincial legislature and executive to being in name only.
