FOLLOWING the report "Bogus doctors in our midst" (NST, Oct 13), the director-general of Health pointed out that it was because of such fakes that the Health Ministry wanted to enforce the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998.

I think there are laws that can weed out bogus doctors and other illegal practices. It only needs commitment and dedication to enforce these laws.
