MICROSOFT Malaysia is confident of making more inroads into the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market with the new Microsoft Dynamics solutions. It aims to increase its SMB business solutions customers by 50 per cent by end of next year, from the current 400.

According to its small and mid-market solutions and partner group director Low Sin Yip, Microsoft Dynamics should appeal to SMBs because the solutions can enhance their capability in the areas of financial, customer relationship and supply chain management in an easy-to-manage environment and at a lower cost.
