Oct. 23--Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say the two girls who have been missing since Friday were found and are safe. In a brief news release, police said the girls were located and have been returned to their families. The girls were the subject of a search by Charlotte-Mecklenburg and Mint Hill authorities for almost four days.
