Oxygas Ltd has threatened to sue the government over Mulago Hospital's failure to return its gas cylinders that were used to supply the hospital with oxygen.

"Take notice that Oxygas Ltd through Muwema & Mugerwa Advocates intends to institute a case against the Attorney General (AG) in the courts of law seeking an order for the return of oxygen cylinders, alternatively, compensation for the loss of the said cylinders, general damages, interest and costs of the suit," the notice dated October 16, reads in part.
