THE Federal Government, yesterday, released the final report of the investigations into the crash of the Sosoliso plane in Port Harcourt on December 10, 2005, citing bad weather and pilot's error as the main causes of the crash.

The report released by the Accident Investigation and Prevention Bureau (AIPB) of the Aviation Ministry also ruled out bomb as the cause of the Bellview crash at Lisa Village, Ogun State last October 22.
