McRae in for Loeb
The Kronos Citroen team confirmed that former World Rally champion Colin McRae will replace injured Sebastien Loeb for the Rally Turkey Oct. 13-15. Championship-leader Loeb broke his arm after falling off his mountain bike. Longtime McRae co-driver Nicky Grist will join McRae, who last drove in the WRC in 2005.
Davidson to race
Honda F1 test driver Anthony Davidson finally appears to be on the verge of a full-time race drive. The 27-year-old Brit is expected to join Takuma Sato in the Honda-powered Super Aguri team in `07.
F1 to South Korea
South Korea will host an F1 race in 2010. The governor of Jeonnam province, Park Joon-Young, announced a new, 3.4-mile circuit will be built in Yeongam County.
