THE International Criminal Court (ICC) has stressed its support for the peace process, even though it is not party to the Juba talks.

During a meeting with the ICC prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo, in Brussels, a Ugandan delegation led by Gulu resident district commissioner Col. Walter Ochora was told the ICC warrants remained in force but that they should not be an obstacle to the peace process.
