The High Court in Lobatse will today hear a case in which the Law Society of Botswana (LSB) wants the law firm of Botswana National Front (BNF) president Otsweletse Moupo, to be placed under curatorship. In a double application, the LSB wants Moupo, Motswagole and Dingake law firm and Awuah Khan and Company to be put under curatorship for failure to regularise after being struck off the register for violating the Legal Practitioners Act.
