Why did you become a nurse?

I have always cared for people and naturally empathise and sympathise.

I think it is in my nature to help people find something positive in a negative situation.

How has your career developed since you started nursing?

I started my career in Dorset working in a hospital. I enjoyed this, but had such good memories of training in the community, I decided to move into this direction. My mentor was so enthusiastic that I soon realised that this is where I wanted to be.
