from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 27 (Bernama) -- The boy who suffered a skull fracture and brain swelling after falling from the fourth floor a low-cost flat today failed in his bid to obtain a compensation cheque for RM500,000 when the court ordered that it ( cheque) be returned to the Kuala Lumpur Mayor

Judicial Commissioner Rohana Yusuf ordered the cheque, which was kept in the account of the boy's counsel, Messrs Keppy Wong & Associates', be returned to the mayor

Rohana made the decision in her chambers
