As a fun fearless Cosmo reader, you are no doubt always looking for ways to up your feisty factor. So when Arianna Huffington--author and creator of the political blog The Huffington Post--came out with her book On Becoming Fearless, we had to talk to her about it. "There are always going to be fears in your life," says Huffington. "The distinction is, do you let them stop you or do you move beyond them?" Her tips will help.
MAKE THE MOST OF CRITICISM
"A fear I share with most women is a tendency to take criticism personally," says Huffington. "Separate the negativity from it, and think about how it can help you excel." For example, if a work project is kicked back to you with corrections, focus on what you can learn. "Criticism makes you better," admits Huffington.
