The vacant post of the Kyrgyz Security Council Secretary should be taken up by a person who clearly understands the realities of domestic politics and ready to properly react to unusual situations, an article published by Vecherniy Bishkek says. It suggests that deputy Interior Minister Omurbek Suvanaliyev is the only person with unblemished reputation within the police and security structures.
