Oct. 5--The Neighbors Ticket: A Few Things To Do This Week

Celebrate the harvest moon and enjoy food, entertainment and Wine on Harvest Moon at 7 p.m. Friday at the Deering Estate, 16701 SW 72nd Ave., Palmetto Bay.

The evening features food prepared by local caterers, including Edda's Cake Designs, Cookies by Design and the Crepe Maker. The Singing Miamians will perform and visitors can view an art exhibit of paintings, photographs and sculptures by local artists, including Vanessa Bryson, Aleta Burge and Carlos Salgado.

Admission is $50, $45 in advance and for Deering Estate Foundation members. Call 305-233-5858 for details.
