Russia has slashed natural gas deliveries to Ukraine and Belarus over combined unpaid debts of $1.14 billion.

Gazprom will maintain deliveries at 1.05-1.75 bcfd until Kiev settles its bill, in Russian rubles or hard currency. That's down from 7 bcfd in less than a week.
