Focusing on the Web 2.0 strategy
The light-touch web, search and the role of the information professional are just some of the topics that will be drawing speakers and the industry to this year's Online Information conference
' conference preview
The Online Information conference is one very reason why information professionals and information users will be in London between 28 and 30 November.
Last year's conference, in particular David Weinberger's stirring opening keynote speech, certainly put Web 2.0 issues at the top of people's minds. What followed was a year of innovative service with a Web 2.0 flavour from Google and information publishers as well as professionals and institutions.
This year's conference builds on the high interest levels in Web 2.0 kindled last year and focuses on the nitty-gritty of strategy and implementation. That, though, doesn't mean to say the 2006 conference will be any less interesting.
