Odd, isn't it, how often quantum theory can be applied to everyday life? Take quantum indeterminacy, better known as Shrodinger's Cat: an observation of measurement itself affects an outcome, so it can never be known what the outcome would have been if it were not observed.

David Worlock, former chairman and now chief research fellow at EPS, the company he founded and has run since 1985, has spent the past 20 years observing and measuring the information industry. To some degree, if he hadn't been observing the industry and advising information providers, things might have turned out differently.
