Oct. 3--PORTLAND -- One thing seemed certain when the Portland Trail Blazers' season ended last spring: Darius Miles had played his last game in Portland. Miles made clear that he wanted to be traded. Then general manager John Nash said the team would try to accommodate him. And there was a strong indication that many teammates wouldn't complain if it happened. So much has changed.
