Oct. 1--Terrell Owens is the kind of athlete you either love or love to hate. While undeniably talented, T.O. is clearly emotionally challenged, as witnessed by his headline-grabbing antics over the years. Thus, the did-he/did-he-not attempt suicide question last week was big news. It was television's BREAKING NEWS/DEVELOPING STORY all day Wednesday, a "hit" on the Internet, headlines in the print media. It was The Pilot's front-page centerpiece Thursday, with a display photograph and a lengthy jump on Page A4. That was far too much for some readers -- some of whom thought The Pilot was glorifying a bad guy, while others declared that a "sports story," even the questionable suicide attempt of a $25 …
