New Delhi, 30 September: Embarking on a four-day visit to South Africa to participate in Satyagraha centenary celebrations, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Saturday [30 September] expressed confidence that the trip will help further strengthen bilateral and strategic relations through specific steps.
