Tirana, 29 September: Prime Minister Sali Berisha said during the proceedings of 11th Francophone summit on Thursday [28 September] in Bucharest, Romania, that "Albania's membership with full-rights in the International Francophone Organization is very important and, first of all, it is evidence that the francophone reality in Albania is known and appreciated".
