Text of unattributed commentary entitled "LRA's Otti wants indictment dropped" published by Sudanese newspaper Khartoum Monitor on 29 September

Kony's number two, Vincent Otti, is on record several times demanding that the ICC drop charges against him and removes the indictment order before a comprehensive peace agreement between the Ugandan government and the LRA can be reached .

This would definitely impact negatively on the negotiations and at worst, could derail the peace process begun earlier in Juba.
