The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) has followed the government trend towards more sustainable procurement by adopting recycled paper for its V11 tax disc application forms.

The forms, which were being printed on CBS2 paper, are now produced using recycled paper printed by Paragon Group UK, which won the contract to supply the forms earlier this month.

Sunderland-based Paragon, which has been supplying the DVLA for seven years, reports that testing began on the recycled paper in January 2006.
