Taiwan leaders to address ruling party rally on constitution, anti-graft 27 Sep.

Taipei, 27 September: President Chen Shui-bian, Vice-President Annette Lu, Premier Su Tseng-chang and ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Chairman Yu Shyi-kun are scheduled to attend a large-scale rally in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan Saturday [27 September].
