THE High Court in Masaka has nullified the election of Mr James Sserunjogi as member of Parliament for Kalungu East.

This followed a petition filed by Mr Umaru Lule Mawuya (NRM). Mawuya claimed Sserunjogi (independent) did not have the requisite academic qualifications for the post.
