Section: Government and Politics - Rongpol Charoenpan, the cabinet secretary-general, has been appointed to double as acting permanent secretary of the Prime Minister's Office with immediate effect, according to order No. 13 released by the Council for Democratic Reform under Constitutional Monarchy on September 23, the Bangkok Post reports.
