Castries, St Lucia: Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing arrives here on Sunday [24 September] for a one-day visit, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in St Lucia has confirmed.

The visit by the highest ever ranking Chinese government official, follows those to China earlier this year by Foreign Affairs Minister Petrus Compton and non-resident Ambassador to China, Julian R. Hunte.

While here, the visiting foreign minister, who will be accompanied by a 10-member delegation, will sign a technical cooperation …
