Section: Regional News - Doan Van Thai, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee shared his experiences in launching youth movements with a delegation of the Australian Political Council in Hanoi on Sept. 21.

During the reception for the Australian delegation, led by Dr. Andrew Southcott MP, Member of the Australian Parliament, Thai explained the guests the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the young volunteer movement in Vietnam.
