Sep. 22--Someone spread cow manure inside a school bus Thursday night at East Lincoln High School, authorities said. According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's office, principal Todd Black caught the male suspect on the bus at about 10:40 p.m. Authorities said the suspect, who was wearing a North Lincoln High shirt, jumped out a back window of the bus and ran into the woods. There were no arrests.…
