Prospects for the success of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement (CHA) grew yesterday with reports that big numbers of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army] rebels have assembled at Owiny Ki-Bul and Ri-Kwangba.

Sources in the SPLA [Sudan People's Liberation Army] said LRA commanders Dominic Ongwen and Lt-Col Okello Okuti, with fighters they led from Pader and Kitgum districts, had reached Owiny Ki-Bul.
