Section: Corporate News - Bangkok Airways, which has long operated on an entirely economy-class basis, has introduced premium seats on some of its regional routes, the Bangkok Post reports.
The carrier, which bills itself as "Asia's boutique airline", has offered business class, known as the Blue Ribbon Club, since Sept 1 on the last daily flight on its Bangkok-Phnom Penh route.
The business-class facility, along with dedicated airport lounges in Bangkok and Phnom Penh airports, was made possible with the introduction of an A319-115 jet to its fleet.
