Sep. 10--With the new Catawba Elementary School set to open next August, Catawba County Schools officials are redrawing attendance lines -- a move that will affect many students in the Balls Creek, Claremont and Sherrills Ford attendance zones. The public portion of the redistricting process kicks off this month with the release of a proposed boundary map.
