Associated Press WASHINGTON, Sept. 9. President Mr George W Bush says he believes dividing Iraq into three separate regions ~ Kurdish, Shiite and Sunni ~ with a central government in Baghdad would be a mistake. Iraqis did not vote for partition when they approved a new constitution and government, Mr Bush said in todays Wall Street Journal. In an interview with the papers editorial page editor Paul Gigot, the US President said he personally signed off on the recent US visit by former Iranian President Mr Mohammad Khatami, saying he wants to learn more how the Teheran government works.
