Sep. 9--A Richland 1 elementary school teacher was charged with performing a lewd act on a minor after a police officer found her in a parked car on a dead-end street with a 14-year-old boy, police said. Kimberly Moody Alexander, 45, was arrested Thursday, and a magistrate set her bail at $25,000 Friday morning. Alexander had not posted bail as of press time. Alexander teaches second grade at Bradley Elementary School and has been with the district for 20 years, Richland 1 spokeswoman Karen York said.
