Capital nabs shuttered Price Club. (Capital Realty Group Corp.)

Capital Realty Group Inc. has agreed to buy the former Price Club building on North Central Expressway in hopes of converting the short-lived warehouse club to a shopping center.

Capital Realty's Kevin White said the company plans to put four tenants in the warehouse. He said seven retail chains have expressed interest in the site, but would not identify them.

Just north of Park Lane on the North Central Expressway service road -- and across the highway from the NorthPark Center shopping mall -- the site is seen as a hot one in the retail community. But local dealmakers say the price of the property could make it tough to get a deal done.
