The Tampa Bay advertising industry has been thrown into flux following the departure of creative directors at two top local agencies.

West Advertising & Marketing is looking to replace Creative Director Doug Hardee, an agency co-founder who over nine years helped West achieve its status as a perennial Southeastern hot shop.

And Fahlgren Benito Creative Director Andy Clingempeel, who assisted the agency last year in landing the state tourism account, has left his post.

Neither left for another position.
