Davao City - Nur Misuari has branded the peace agreement he signed with the government 10 years ago as a "questionable" document even as former President Fidel V. Ramos told local media in a separate forum that it was one of the best peace pacts ever drafted.

Granted liberty to join the 10th anniversary of the peace agreement's signing on Saturday, Mr. Misuari, who spent about half of his 30-minute speech greeting those who attended and narrating the historical background of his group, told the crowd composed mainly of his supporters that the peace agreement was "ill-fated."
