NATIONAL Council of Sports (NCS) has directed FUFA to control the mushrooming soccer academies after a Norwegian coach cried foul about one of them.

NCS general secretary Jasper Aligaweesa (above) issued the directive after Kampala School of Excellence, a football academy, was accused of causing financial loss to a Norwegian coach Kristina Holm.

"The Norwegian complained to us so we told FUFA to streamline these academies that are coming up every other day.

"Kampala School of Excellence people left a hotel bill of 3000 euros (sh7m) …
