South African Rick Reato is Mittal SA's new man of steel Trade and Industry Editor AFRICA's largest steel maker, Mittal Steel SA, named chief operating officer Rick Reato as its new CE yesterday after Davinder Chugh resigned to join the board of Arcelor Mittal. Reato, who has been with the company for 31 years, takes over the reins while Mittal is in the throes of a R10bn upgrade and expansion that will see it adding close to 30% of capacity.
