South African Rick Reato is Mittal SA's new man of steel Trade and Industry Editor AFRICA's largest steel maker, Mittal Steel SA, named chief operating officer Rick Reato as its new CE yesterday after Davinder Chugh resigned to join the board of Arcelor Mittal.
