Mbeki 'too ill' to address ANC caucus Parliamentary Editor CAPE TOWN Yesterday's Presidential question time was postponed and the sitting of the National Assembly cancelled because President Thabo Mbeki has the flu and not because he has a strategic bout of diplomatic illness designed to avoid today's African National Congress (ANC) caucus meeting.
