As he prepares for the release of his seventh studio solo album, Robbie Williams admits he is considering his future as a recording artist.
Williams says he faces fundamental questions in the months ahead over how he plans to take his career forward.
"For me, I've got to take the view over the next 18 months and see if I want to be part of the machine anymore, because I don't see me signing again. I reserve the right to change my mind, but it's a question of what I want and where I want to be," he says.
"I've done 2m tickets on this tour, now do I want to do that again? Do I want to be omnipresent Robbie Williams? Can I live without radio picking my song and putting it on the playlist? Can I live without this many people buying the tickets? Can I live with selling 300,000 to a million records online, maybe more, ...
