Osnabrueck: Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier (Social Democratic Party of Germany [SPD]) is expecting an early conclusion to the negotiations within the United Nations on the rules of engagement for the Lebanon force. An outcome "to our satisfaction" was also emerging, Steinmeier told Monday's [28 August] edition of Neue Osnabruecker Zeitung newspaper.
