BEIJING, August 25, SinoCast -- Dell announced on August 16 that its China president, David Miller, who had been in the position for less than one year, departed from the company. Two new presidents Liu Junling and Min Yida would be the presidents of Dell (China) and Dell (Hong Kong). They two would jointly manage Dell's business in the two regions.

"A lot of signs suggest that Dell (China) is undergoing some important changes" said Chen Lin, an advanced PC industry analyst of CCID Consulting.

Chen Lin believes that Dell's performance in China is quite remote from its position as the world's best PC brand.
