Aug. 19--Some residents of a University City development say they didn't know having the wrong kind of grass could lead to liens or foreclosure on their homes.
Now some are worried.
The community association of Highland Creek, which straddles the Mecklenburg-Cabarrus county line, dictates that residents in most of its neighborhoods can only use fescue grass. It's one line in a 100-page document.
