Aug. 19--Northern Lehigh School District has replaced its high school leadership team, which it lost through a spate of resignations, including some that were the result of a conflict with the school board. But the district is still seeking a business manager to replace departing member Christine Stafford, who also alluded to problems with the board. People eyed by the district so far have not been qualified, said Superintendent Nicholas Sham. "No one had the type of experience we needed," he said.
